Noob question - Spellpower affect Crusader Strike/Divine storm?

Simple quick question for everyone. Used to play a paladin waaaaay back (pre-TBC), rerolling one again now for WotLK (Horde side this time).

Will our ret talents (Seal of Command, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm) be amped by our strenth/ap or spellpower in 3.0?

Strength/AP. They might get a small effect from spell power, but don't gear for it. You'll get it through talents.

    So go for the Strength/AP.

from what I've been able to see, judgments scale off both AP and SP, but like the other poster said, don't gear from it, you'll get it from talents, I don't know about crusader strike, I think divine wrath is both too
