i find this funny that this abilities has 2 ranks shown a lv1 and lv60 with both having the SAME discription. but the lv1 is an instant (channel?) and the lv60 is a Channel with a 5 min CD... does this mean lv1 doesnt have a 5min CD but still gives a 2% every 2 seconds over 8 seconds?
