    Seal of Command question.

I have a math question regarding Seal of Command, but a rather simple one, if someone can just tell me what this means then I can do it myself:

    mw
    MW
    SPH

    My guess would be:

mw = main hand weapon dmg minimum
MW = main hand weapon dmg maximum
    SPH = spellpower healing ??

    Some other questions:

Proc chance of Seal of Command is how much? Does it depend on weapon speed? This is without glyph.

    Thanks in advance =)

    Re: Seal of Command question.

I'd venture to guess that SPH stood for Spell Power: Holy...

I know the 7 procs per minute, but that is not the actual number, right?

I need the exact numbers and I need a reply from people that know (and don't guess) what the letters are short for.

Thanks for the reply though =)

    Re: Seal of Command question.

7 ppm (if you do nothing but white hits) is the actual number, 8.4 ppm glyphed. by the speed of your weapon (before or after haste - I´m not sure) the proc percentage is: ppm/60*weaponspeed. this then is the chance for the seal to proc off DS or CS.

or something like that. it´s late.

    Re: Seal of Command question.

Ok, normally I don't handle the math, I usually let Basutai handle it. But in regards to Seal of Command Proc chance.

Proc chance per swing = (Proc per minute)x(Weapon speed)
                                           (60 seconds)

So, now that we have the formula...

Proc chance per swing = [b](7)x(3.6)
                                        (60)

Proc chance per swing = 0.42%.

To factor in the new SoC Glyph, simply use the same equation but multiply the proc per minute by 120% first. (It equals 50.4% proc chance with Glyph)

    Hope this helps.

The 20% ekstra proc from glyph... Should it be added to ppm or as 20% chance after? Imo, from the description from the glyph it should add afterwards, but since you say otherwise it leaves me confused =)

Anyone know what the shortages means? =)

    Re: Seal of Command question.

It should be applied before the calculations. So enter in             (7x1.2)x(3.6)

    60

    Okay, thank you.

    mw, MW and SPH means?

    Re: Seal of Command question.

mw and MW = Melee weapon damage.
SPH = Spell Power Holy (I think so anyway.)

So when Seal of Command says "Deals (56% of mw) to (56% of mw) additional Holy damage" it means you will deal an extra 56% damage on your melee hits, unmitigated by armor.

This is correct, just replace main hand weapon with melee weapon. :P
