Is it possible to tank Sapphiron and KT as frost?
Doesn't seem like it but I would like to get a confirmation.

Sure it's possible, it just sucks because all your frost stuff is immune. However not everything DKs do are frost spells. Threat generation would be far less than optimal, and unholy would make a better tank for it than frost, but it's possible, yes.
