A major thing to remember when building a PvP spec at 70 or 80 with the new talents is that Mangle and Rake do a lot more damage, meaning that a shred based build for PvP is probably less than optimal.
One thing I've noticed about Infected Wounds is that you should rarely ever really need that third point in it. 2 points in most cases should be enough to stay on your target or if tanking, 14% attack speed reduction is still pretty damn good.
1) brutal impact is very good, 30 secs cd for a stun and combined with maim could be very helpful.
2) We dont really need natural shapeshifter as we have (full geared) over 8k mana and ILoP gives us more mana than neccesary.
3) id take 3 points in infected wounds, as many other clases can reduce the same movement speed at same rate as frost shock. So we wouldnt need to shift out to remove the movement slowing effect.
4) Ofc, ilop is very important for me as i dont take natural shapeshifter
5) i dont think imp. mangle is really necesary. With changes did in furor and with the new king of the jungle talent, i think we dont really lack of energy.
So, following my comments, id spec something like this one:
I really only think you'd need 1 point in imp LOTP, but that is debateable
Survival Instincts I am just not liking for arenas. It is a 1 time use in an arena, and since ferals normally are on double dps teams, this spell seems rather pointless except for a mana burner for you when you pop out to heal.
