What has changed in patches?

Up to today I have been running oom on PTR, using all of my torrents, fiends and dispersion.

I tried again today

8 mins. never used dispersion. only 1 shadowfiend...

what is new?

Did the Target Dummy have anyone else using it? Might be best to check your recount/Combat log to see if you were proccing Judgement of Wisdom or something along those lines.

JoW is op, i was using penance on a dummy, and it was ticking 238-240 mana for every bolt that hit.

It gives you back a % of your Spell Power so it must be your Spell Power thats OP

I think thats why a lot of DPS is complaining they run out of Mana too quickly, you have lots of downtime in Solo play but once your in a raid and all these mana regen mechanics kick things are completely different

Nope, JoW is (0.09*SD+0.09*AP) of the paladin. And since mana pots are no longer a valiable mana source JoW is not OP, it's just vital.

Well the new talens are oriented to people with a decent ammount of spirit in the gear, which we don't have... Only time can tell IMO.

Ntrails i wouldn't worry, once your in raid environment the mana problems aren't so apparent.

Btw, was JoW on PTR bugged or working as intended? Since it regened twice the amount of mana as replenishment...
