    Stat Priority for Shamans

I'm leveling an enchancement shaman, and am wondering what stats I should be focusing on.

Right now ive been stacking strength & stamina, but my crit seems low. Should I be focusing on Agility & Stam gear?

Or Intellect w/ the new Int -> AP change.

    The AP ratio got changed.

Str used to be equal to 2 AP, but now Str and Agiity are both equal to 1 AP, and ofc the same with Int with the talent.
This from waht i can see takes away any need to stack strength anymore, as you can stack Agi for the same AP increase, but also gaining crit. Int would also be preferable over strength.

I do not have a 70 shaman, but i have kept up with the patch notes on them, and this how i see it.

    Really? thats quite a change.

Can anyone else back this up, by that I mean, is strength useless now?

stack agi and stam for lvling, and at 80,gemming is a matter of choice.
Gemming Agi and gemming AP and crit have about the same dps.

but NEVER gem for strength any more.

Yeah i have no idea why so many people call them 'Enchancement'...
Even the people that play Enhancement shammys?

    Not the good ones:O

    On topic:
Give the items a value and compare then them, for leveling it's probably something like 2 AP=2 Strength=2 Intellect=1 Agility=1 Crit Rating=1 Hit Rating, you can ignore Stamina more or less, it doesn't help you with killing stuff faster.

Most of the time pre-60 you'll want to use that feral gear with Strength and Agility or Rogue gear with Agility/Stamina. After 60 "of the Bandit" greens and most Hunter/Rogue quest rewards with AP and Agility should be fine.

At 70 you'll probably want to get your AP up first, I don't think you'll get to the point pre-bc where going for the spell hit cap is reasonable.
