Now, Holly pallies have no AP, so why not change SoR back to the old way of pure Spell pwr?

Its not going to effect prot and ret because they have very little SP to make SoR a viable choice, but it will give Holy the missing DPS they have been seeking. It may even see the rebirth of the shockadin as a viable build.
