Woops, you made a mistake. Maybe you made a mistake when looking up the new ret dps? Do you know for a FACT that they are really sub-par? No, didnt think so.

And sorry, I dont deal with e-peens, I´ll leave that to you, you seem quite familiar with them.

Yes they were, I played Ret at 80 and they may have not been AS op as say an Unholy DK, or Frost Mage but the damage I could deal out in a short period in PvP was dumb. Beta forums have been flooded with Ret is OP from the start, and it took Blizzard this long before they implemented the nerf, they tried to make minor adjustments, it didn't work. I accept that we were OP and that these nerfs were needed, its all the little whiny 12 year olds who don't have enough skill to shake a stick that want to dominate everyone else by going afk that ruin it for the rest of us who know it was a needed change.

Now we have to think in PvP, and actually think about mana in PvE, get over it, every class has its STREGTHS AND WEAKNESS' this is what makes classes unique and different.

Enhancement Shaman is comparable to Ret except they have NO survivability in PvP right now, and after all the QQing the SHamans have done during Beta, the rest of you Ret Pallies have outdone them in a matter of days.

GJ, make the whole Paladin community look bad pls.

If you're going to make a wall of text post about something completely justifiable. It helps you be kinda within the reality you're talking about. You don't need to have a 70 warrior to get these abilities right, just wowhead.

Too bad you couldn't keep it up.

Seriously though, most people who have gone up against retadins in battlegrounds since the content patch have seen the OPness. It's pretty severe. I'm in all season 1-3 gear except one green ring. I have 280 resilience (not great, but not shabby) and 10.4k HP. Retadins consistently drain all or nearly all of my health over the duration of Hammer of Justice. That's just too much.

Yup that 12 secs at 30% reduced damage is every bit as good as 12 secs of complete immunity, in which they can full heal, untouched.

Anyone who thinks Enhancement Shamans have better survivability than a Ret Pally in PvP is smoking something illegal.

I can't really say which one has better survivability overall since their survival mechanisms are so different. F.ex. spirit wolves does quite a lot of damage AND they heal you at the same time, even if you're stunned. That's a lot of survivability and damage without you needing to do anything. Bubble on the other hand does have complete immunity allowing you to either swing around or heal. Neither can really be compared directly and you shouldn't even try to either.

    That makes utter... complete... sense...

Single abilities cannot be compared between 2 classes. There's too much else different between them.

I'm sorry I tried to be constructive but it got the best of me
This is fun actually, reading all the QQ over the overpowerdness and nerfs blabla..
When the patch came out, as a priest I quickly realized how shit the game was to play in it's current state
with all the classes with their new abilities, retadins on top of everything.

But I managed to get over it by just deciding I'd not play until WotLK :>>>>>:>

I suggest you do the same if it gets too hard for your asses :|

With those stats, any other class can take you down in 6 seconds atm.

That's probably true... but palies are just better and more efficient at it... atm.

My main is a ret pally and my alt is an enhance shaman... Pallys have much more survivability.

Re: This is a little overboard.

Getting killed in 2 hits nearly instantly is bs. Simple and plain. I have a pally, and 5 other toons, all of which have no chance vs retadins. If they are no OP why do I see WSG filled with only pally's? Same goes for AV's with 15 pally's(or more). It's simple math that they are OP. And the class is SUPPOSED to be challenging, complaining about that will not garner any sympathy from me. Are the nerfs excessive? Probably. it's called fine tuning, I seem to have missed the notes where they said all these changes are set in stone forever.

Try learning some goddamn patience. Blizzard(like most adults) do not respond well to temper tantrums.

Re: This is a little overboard.

The main issue for me is the mana, I can deal with reduced seal damage cause at 80 it will be balanced out with Sheath, and and all the gear we will wear. I have read some peoples post about that the 15% was good. I did read that they have an idea to lower the Judgment CD so that will help alot with the mana.

    Divine Plea with also help.

Now for the last time, about the warrior execute.

I remember reading that it was at 35% as well, so please pardon my mistake, I have always known it was at 20%.

    So there.
