Drop Opp for CQC and yes. It IS better, under all circumstances (baring RNG flukes, as per usual).Originally Posted by Necrolicious

more crit ,does not increase dmg from the hits that are already critting
when you have 0 crit do 100 dmg=100,and gain 5% ,you do 5% more dmg,simple (5dmg gained /100 dmg)
when you have 90 crit doing 100dmg =190,and gain 5 crit you gain....2.6% dmg (5dmg gained / 190dmg)
lookin at wws from tues
currently raiding im running 62% crit on mut
adding 2pts of opp would add 4.4% to my overall dmg
adding 2pts of crit from cqc cant approach 1/2 that
You aren't taking into account the energy regen on crit talent.Originally Posted by zbik

If you would translate that into a language I can understand, I'll tell you why you're wrong.Originally Posted by zbik

DW Spec: 91 DPS/Point
Precision: 31 DPS/Point
CQC: 50 DPS/Point
Relentless Strikes: 107 DPS/Point
Opportunity: 98 DPS/Point
above takes everything into account, and CQC is 1/2 as powerful as Opp, in my own practice/testing and by the pure math
if you tried it yourself you wouldn't be arguing the point,so im done trying to explain it in theory, 51/13/7 > 51/15/5
enlighten me, as to how nerfing focused attacks ,and making crit LESS valuable, somehow affects CQC positively ,and opp negatively in comparison
