I'm not sure if it's me, the tooltip, or that Blizzard snuck something in when I wasn't looking but all reports that I've seen from here and wowhead show that Crusader Strike is supposed to be dealing 110% damage. My tooltip says 115-116%.
Am I or did I miss something?

Take off your PvP gloves and look again.
Tooltips are now more accurate. ;D
