Glitch With Toughness From Mining?

I thought this was supposed to only add 70 health at 225 mining. I am seeing Rogues with the mining prof with a few hundred extra health with no buffs in the 29 bracket. The rogue in question has a base stamina around 110 at level 29 compared to two guild members who have a base stamina of 101 at level 62 and 108 at level 69. Is this going to get fixed with the latest patch? Does anyone even know about it?

you are saying that the mining which adds a set amount of hit poitns is taking effect on rog base stamina ?

Yes I know that but it seems this is what's happening with glitch. Two rogues I play against who are miners both have a base stamina that is equal to or better than a level 70's. It seem's their 70 health has been put into their base stamina instead.

Comparing to a 70 Orc Rogue, same race so as to not be thrown off. Both the above have 94 Base Stamina, and the second is even a Miner. The twink has a higher base Stamina stat then both, even though they're 70... Somethin's not right.

a friends rogue that has lower base Stamina at 70... yet the glitch is not affecting my 70 lock with max mining as he only has the same base stamina as another gnome lock.

EDIT: Yeah, using the same race is a better comparison, but I didn't have one to link.

Yup, cross-race you'll have slight discrepancies, but it'll be within 5 points atleast. They're sitting at around 20 base Stamina more then a level 70...

Put this up on Bug forums? I dunno what else to say.

Yeah I think it's only rogues are getting this bonus

I've heard about it elsewhere, and comparing to other lvl29 rogues it does indeed seem like the "+70" is added to the character's base stamina rather than their hitpoints.

Interestingly enough, that means that the bonus for getting 225 mining is better than the bonus for getting 400 mining, at least until it's fixed. The other ranks of Toughness are adding the hp bonus as intended, as far as I can tell.

then rank 6 adding 500 stamina !! mmmmm that wouldnt be OP at all !!
