Gundrak 75-77 (very good xp, short way to exit) [15 minutes; 94k/run]

Just curious, were did you get this information? Was it personal XP or did you find it somewere else? Also Do you have the exact amount of xp/run for the rest of the dungeons? I'm curious because I have a solid 5man group set on leveling through instances and I was just curious which instances are worth our time and which arent.

my experience is about 90 - 100k unrested per instance at level 70/71

I don't know why I would get something different than others that have posted but I got 130K for every run of Utgarde Keep and 160K from the Nexus. Both of those are with killing every mob in the instance and without rested exp or quest turn ins. Utgarde Keep was about 30 minutes and Nexus took 45mins to an hour. I ran Utgarde about 10 times and nexus about 8 times with quests in between runs until I was level 74.

I did find it hard to get guildies to grind the dungeons though, which lead to a lot of down time. It took about 12 hours of game time to level. When I hit level 74 I went to only doing quests and with the help of Questhelper I got to 77 with 8 hours per level. I will probably stick with that for the next 3 levels since being able to fly again should cut the time per level even more.

It seems that the most hardcore guilds are only took 4-5 hours per level. I don't know how they did that. At least one guild on my server was raiding Naxx last night.

Agreed I managed 11 azjol nerub runs with an average time of 18 minutes to clear the 3 bosses to get me mostly from 73 -74
