Paladin Lore heavy starting zone?

Is there one starting (Borean/Fjord) zone that has more Knights of the Silver hand quests than the other, or other pally lore-ish stuff?

There's more paladin as well as general human lore in the Fjord. The Fjord also has dwarven lore.

Borean Tundea has gnomish lore, Death Knight lore, as well as Kirin Tor content and DEHTA (the anti-Nesingwary druids.) Also, Borean Tundra is the center of the Blue Dragonflight conflict.
