Libram of Deliciousness?

I was looking through our selection of Librams and ran across Libram of Obstruction (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40707). I know everyone is saying that you should only take one point in Imp. Judgments for a smooth cycle, but this Libram is really making me consider taking both points to make sure the proc is up as much as possible. Not only would it help on those heavy hitting bosses, but with 352 extra block value, your ShotR would hit like a truck. What are your opinions on this?

thats a sweet libram. looks like thats where my first 15 emblems will be spent.

i think your probably still better off with 1 point for smoother rotations.
