Guildmember warning/emote

Greetings, people

I am looking for an AddOn that can do one or two actions while spotting a guildmember in my proximity:
*Alert me (Like printing a message on my screen, like "RareFinder" does for rare mobs
*Emotes /salute to the guildmember

If anyone of you knows such an addon, is able to write one and/or knows of a similair addon I could maybe edit with little knowledge about the scripting involved, please let me know; I would be very grateful!

i know you have a nicelist in kos wich notices you when they are around, but dont know for sure if you can do any scripted emote on it with kos
