Can it be done? Stack Fur Lining AND sockets?

does anyone know if it is possible to use the blacksmiths "socket bracer" on an item if youre a BS and also apply the leatherworkers fur lining to the same bracer if youre also a LW?

if anyone has tried this out please let me know

that is cool...so i could stack the lining and the sockets...on a similar note, am i right that u can NOT stack bracer enchants such as attack power AND the fur lining because both are considered enchants?
