glyphs: felguard + immolate

i've been looking for felguard + immolate glyph for ~10 days now.
unfortunately i'm not able to find anyone who is able to craft -.-

my question:
are only warlock inscriptors able to craft them?
is the only way to learn them some sort of proc?

Everyone is able to create them, i am a priest and i have both of them.. but they are learned through Northrend Insription research so not all scribers have them, you have to learn it with the 20 hour cd spell hope it helpe guess youre just unlucky
