    so im getting 6-7% "free" damage from % based attacks (hemo, BS, etc)

    anyone got any idea? im 41/5/25

    weirdest thing i ever seen :P
    i tried speccing into sub to get the extra 5% more to BS and hemo, but then it was properly 105%
    also, when 0/0/0 it shows as 110% and not 116-117
