Alchemy Recipes?

i've tried to search through different rep vendors for alchemy recipes but didn't found any, there are no other rep/bop recipes but those what are trainable or discoverable ? ??? mostly concerned about transmute : Eternal Might :-\

There currently isn't anything in game at the moment which need's Eternal Might to make so don't worry. When there is i'm sure you'll see the recipe too

its not only about EM, generally there are no recipes other then discoverable/trainable and that makes me really unhappy :-\
