    Slow effects of Slow and Frostfire Bolt

    Do the slow-effects of frostfire bolt and slow stack?
    I'm rolling a Blunt Elf... That's a high-elf that likes to party.

    That would be 100%? With 3 points in Permafrost that would be 110%? Would be a little overpowered.

    You'd walk backwards with 10% movement speed, so when you wanna walk backward you will walk forward with 90% movement speed. So then it would in fact only decrease your movement speed by 10%. The player just needs to use the button for walking backward to walk forward and use the button for walking forward to walk backward. This is not overpowered at all; it's a huge nerf if the would actually implement this. :P
    Statix will suffice.

    It would be OP for the first 2 weeks until people figure out that their buttons got reversed.
