Seals and Rotation... plz help

I was wondering exactly which seal is better for boss fights SoB or SoC.... Im pretty sure SoB but wanna see what people say and...
Is there a set rotation to optimize dps?

It's SoB/SoM.

Not sure what you mean by "rotation". People haven't "seal twisted" for a LONG time and w/ our 2min seals it's not really rational to do so. If you can squeeze in Consecrations its just as big of a mana sink and more productive.
