New feral hit cap?

Just wondering what the exact number is for the hit cap for raid bosses?

looks like 164 is the cap for lvl 80 mobs, and 296 for 83 raid bosses.

while gear below 76ish isnt haveing high hit, many of the 80 quest/ rep rewards, as well as dungon drops have 30-50 hit on them. leggings for one of the factions in SB is 55 hit rating.

the cap isnt to bad to hit , i have all of 1 maybe 2 pieces of heroic gear and im already at 210 hit i think

Absolutely. It's incredibly easy, if you know what to look for.

its 296 - am at 255 atm and I still have some lvl 70 gear

I admit I do drop alot of hit in tanking gear but I'm still at 108 or so.....

Hit for two handed classes is and always will be 9%.
