Best place to farm Frostweave cloth?

I was wondering what your opinion is about where the best place to farm Frostweave was?

I haven't found any good spots. but I do get a lot from instances.

Anywhere that you see a large cluster of Humanoids, now that the Icecrown location has been nerfed

Well I have a good spot, but it really depends on if you can handle more then 2-3 mobs at a time. I my self is a mage so I can take all the 20-25mobs at a time. Think I got 8-9stacks last night in just under an hour. Ofc some days are better then others.

Its in Ice Crown, down south. Cant remember the cords, but its the place with a lot of skeletons. There is an AoE movie on the boards somewhere.

Also helped my girlfriend on her mage, and we managed to reach 750k XP/hour (rested), thats decent, I like that place.

I found Zul'drak to be the highest drop rate, and instances.
(idk how much it might change if your not a tailor)

Is the scarlet harbor in western icecrown noted? or is that the location that was nerfed (as mentioned by someone above)

i got my tailoring to 425 from that location.
