What's the minimal amount of mana and spellpower you need to heal heroics in wrath?

Anything around 1400 SP is ok. Easy ones like UK and Nexus can be done in wrath blues. The best way to find out is to do... if you stuggle but complete an instance there is always a chance you'll get a nice upgrade.

I jumped straight into heroics with t6 and a few (2-3 max) wrath upgrades and didn't have a huge problem.

same. the only item I swapped was the illy staff for the ring of blood mace and went back to using the brut off hand.
