A new build has been deployed on PTRs, the servers are now live. This post will most likely be updated.

Updates
18:30 CET - Relic of Ulduar aren't soulbound anymore. Screenshot
16:30 CET - Small update on the new stats of Feral staves, Druids can now see the Feral AP value given by all weapons. (Screenshot)
12:30 CET - Many item changes added, new Sigils, Titansteel Guardian new stats, and also a few change to the Sons of Hodir. Professions changes slightly updated as well.
11:00 CET - All Feral Druid Staves have been changed, you can check the comparison of the new/old stats for most of the WotLK feral staves.
10:00 CET - Let's start the updates! New epic rewards now properly labelled as Lake Wintergrasp rewards, prices added.

Items
Professions

• You can now buy Forest Emerald, Sky Sapphire, Twilight Opal, Monarch Topaz, Autumn's Glow, Scarlet Ruby for 10 x Emblem of Heroism each.

Misc. / Sons of Hodir

• The Iron Boot Flask now costs 250 Relic of Ulduar, you might want to buy yours now just in case...
• You can now use Relic of Ulduar to level your reputation with the Sons of Hodir. Hodir's Tribute is a repeatable quest and will give you 250 (275 as a human) reputation for each turn-in.

Equipment

• Loop of the Kirin Tor and Ring of the Kirin Tor have been added for people who weren't fully satisfied by their Band of the Kirin Tor or Signet of the Kirin Tor
• Titansteel Guardian now gives 457 Spell Power. (Down from 490)

Death Knight

• Sigil of Haunted Dreams now gives Your Blood Strike and Heart Strikes a chance to grant 173 critical strike rating for 10 sec. (Old - Haste Rating)
• Sigil of the Unfaltering Knight can now be bought for 15 x Emblem of Heroism
• Sigil of Arthritic Binding, Sigil of the Wild Buck and Sigil of the Frozen Conscience can now be bought for 30 x Venture Coin

Druid

• All Feral Druid Staves have been changed, you can check the comparison of the new/old stats for most of the WotLK feral staves. Druids can now see the Feral AP value given by all weapons. (Screenshot)

Paladin

• Libram of Reciprocation now gives Your Judgement of Command spell a chance to grant 173 critical strike rating for 10 sec. (Old - Haste Rating)

Professions changes
Alchemy

• Casting time for transmutation of Eternal Life/Fire/Air/Shadow/Earth/Water/Might has been decreased from 25 to 5 seconds.
• Alchemy: Lesser Flask of Resistance has been added - Increases resistance to all schools of magic by 50 for 1 hr. Counts as both a Battle and Guardian elixir. This effect persists through death.

Blacksmithing

• Plans: Titanium Plating - Permanently attach titanium plating to a shield, increasing block value by 40.

Cooking

• The recipe for the Fish Feast is now available for Dalaran Cooking Award x 5.

Enchanting

• Formula: Enchant Weapon - Titanguard - Permanently enchant a melee weapon to increase Stamina by 75. Requires a level 60 or higher item.
• Formula: Enchant Bracer - Major Stamina - Permanently enchant bracers to increase Stamina by 40. Requires a level 60 or higher item.

Engineering

• The duration of Hyperspeed Accelerators has been increased from 8 to 10 seconds.

Jewelcrafting

• Jewelcrafting: Icy Prism has been added to the game and is most likely the Northrend version of Brilliant Glass

Leatherworking

• Windripper Leggings and Windripper Boots have been added to the game.

Lake Wintergrasp
New epic rewards have been added to Lake Wintergrasp, they can be bought with Wintergrasp Mark of Honor.

Frost

• Icebound Fortitude now reduces all damage taken by 20%. (Up from 15%)
• Frost Presence now increases armor contribution from items by 80%. (Up from 75%)

Blood

• Dancing Rune Weapon now costs 40 Runic Power. (Down from 50)

Glyphs

• Glyph of Unbreakable Armor - Unbreakable Armor grants an additional 15% armor. (Old - Unbreakable Armor grants an additional 5% parry chance but no longer increases your Strength.)
• Glyph of Frost Strike - Reduces the cost of your Frost Strike by 8. (Old - Your Frost Strikes have a 10% chance to Freeze the target for 8 sec.)
• Glyph of Rune Strike - Increases the critical strike chance of your Rune Strike by 10%. (No longer increases runic power cost)
• Glyph of Obliterate - Your Obliterate strikes for 20% additional weapon damage. (No longer decrease bonus damage per disease)

• Envenom Rank 4 and 3 had their tooltip fixed and now show proper the proper damage bonus. (eg. Rank 4 now deals + 216/432/648/864/1080 additional damage for each dose, up from 148/296/444/592/740. Bonus damage from AP remains unchanged)

Shaman (Skills List / Talent Calc. (9095))
Enhancement

• Mental Quickness now increases your spell power by an amount equal to 23/46/70% of your agility. (Old - 10/20/30% of your attack power, this is temporary and it will be reverted to attack power according to this post)

Restoration

• Healing Way doesn't stack up to 3 times anymore and now increases the effect of subsequent Healing Wave spells on the target by 18%. (Up from 6%)
• Improved Water Shield has been changed to - You have a 33/66/100% chance to instantly consume a Water Shield Orb when you gain a critical effect from your Healing Wave or Riptide spells, and a 19.8/39.6/60% chance when you gain a critical effect from your Lesser Healing Wave spell.

Glyph

• Glyph of Windfury Weapon - Increases the chance per swing for Windfury Weapon to trigger by 5%. (Old - The attack power bonus on the additional attacks granted by Windfury Weapon is increased by 40%.)
• Glyph of Fire Nova Totem - Reduces the cooldown of your Fire Nova Totem by 3 seconds. (Old - Increases the radius of Fire Nova Totem's effect by 2 yards.)
• Glyph of Fire Elemental Totem - Reduces the cooldown of your Fire Elemental Totem by 10 min. (Up from 4 minutes)
• Glyph of Astral Recall - Cooldown of your Astral Recall spell reduced by 7.5 min. (Up from 2.5 min)

I'm thinking the strength/75 stam ring with expertise is for tanking myself. Not all tanking items need to be defense stacked to be great fr their slot.

The big news here could be the Icy Prism if they have a chance to proc the new epic gems. (seems unlikely)

It's not available on the WoW main PTR Character Copy pages, so I'm at a loss here.

There are epic gems already?

The epic gems have been in the client for a while, there has just been no way to obtain them. Epics also seem likely if its taking a Frozen Orb to make each item.

Perfect gems are for greens only. In order, its green, perfect green, blue, purple for gem quality.

I really hope there's going to be a way to change from one of the old rings to the new ones, I really don't fancy wasting 6.8-8.5k gold again...
