If your new main is a DK then who was your old main?

70 druid tank/healer, 70 Shammy enhance/healer, 70 warlock, 70 hunter, 70 rogue (different server)

Now I have an 80 DK and the rest are all still 70. This class is a friggin blast.

First week i played warlock to lvl 80.
Im a pvp freak and warlock is by far the best class overall for pvp/arena.(imo)

Started to do bg's with soullink spec.
with some decent pve gear i thought yea this is gonna be fun ! 2k+ spelldmg dots ticking for 1300-1400 oww yea!
so yea that works when your in a group and walking in the back while throwing dots around.

On lvl 70 i felt like indestructible with Sl/sl spec with full brutal gear.
But now ? locks are just a joke. i get destroyed in 10sec with 20k hp and soullink. even warriors beat me down, its a very long time ago when a warrior could take me down 1vs1.

So anyway reroll dk, just checking the spells. damn its actually great ! so after /played 3 days i was lvl 80 again xD gearing up as we speak and enyoing it !

Stopped raiding at about 3.0 patch, and got bored.

Moved server to some friends, and had to switch faction as well.
Moved an old hunter there, but really didn't want to play hunter again, and couldn't be bothered to level a new toon, so I just created a DK.

See sig... I mostly played my Lock/Shaman. Hunter was originally going to be my new main but I just couldn't get down with the changes to SS and the new arrows...

Chose Mage as that was the last class i played in raids before Wrath.

Before that it was a combo between Rogue, Mage and Warlock.

always switching between discipline and shadowpriest - s3/s4 pvp gear.
got bored of shadowpriests favoured arenapell "release spirit" and of this f*****g blue bar called mana.

made a dk and just found the story so awesome that i deletet him and leveled a new. (leveled in the first weeks a warlock which was a complete failure) looking forward at resilience times where dk wont be as OP as they are now and require some skill to win with.

but still im not sure what to play. whether discpriest or dk.

Hmm, funny that most DKs (who voted) have come from two of the 3 classes that seam to be having the most "problems" right now.

- ele shammy dps
- locks defensive problems in pvp and aflic need to have 10 different abilities in constant use


blue geared rogues are also having a problem keeping up with dps, not sure if this is true once they have better gear.


Also, I came from a warrior main, but it is only my main because ive been playing it for 3 years, and its also 80 now.

I have a 70+ lock, hunter, pally, rogue, druid. My DK is 79 now, will be 80 today.

I am making it my main because my guild currently has 1 heal, 7 tanks (5 of which are warriors) and 8 DPS. I am also going Blood DPS and duel spec a tank build when that comes, will have to see which tree I like tanking in though.
