Is mark of blood and vampric blood dispellable?

just wondering if mark of blood and vampiric blood are dispellable. let me know thanks.

Vampiric Blood atm is not dispellable...Mark of Blood however is. It is considered a Magic based debuff so anything that removes Magic effects can remove it (dispel's obviously but also Imp Mend Pet and Felhunter's Devour Magic for PvP)
