ClassTimer. Very useful to keep track of buffs and debuffs (i.e. diseases). Easy to set up, and useful for most classes (I mainly got this for my druid but it's useful for DK as well).

RuneWatch - Watch diseases and RP

Power Aura Classic - Highly customizable buff/debuff monitor. Is setup as a HUD, and can activate on any debuff/buff. I use it to monitor UB/Gargoyle uptime, so I don't waste RP. If you're PvP, can be used to monitor debuffs too. Slow, and whatever.

Addons are very personal taste dependent, this is what i use for DK tanking:

* Magic Runes (over Runewatch): this shows my runes as bar graphs so the state of all my runes is clearer at a glance.
* MSBT: virtually everything turned off, only use some custom events:
- warning when IBF goes down
- warning when UBA goes down
- warning when Lichborne goes down
- warning when Blade Barrier goes down
* Classtimer: again mostly turned off, added custom timers for the above abilities

The rest of the mods are non DK specific (omen, unitframes, bigwigs, etc..).
