Best Resto Idol?

Now that we have even more healing spells that we actually use, Idol of the Raven Goddess http://thottbot.com/i32387 seems the best idol to me. It provides +44 healing to all healing spells.
Idol of Pure Thoughts http://thottbot.com/i38366 only gives +33 and to Rejuvenation only, seems like a joke.
Idol of Lush Moss http://thottbot.com/i40711 is currently bugged and even when it's fixed still hardly better.

Nope, atm Idol of the Raven Goddess does absolutely nothing for ToL form - the aura is no longer based off spirit or anything else, it's a simple +6% heals for everyone. So +44 healing doesn't really fit in with that, hence why I think it's bugged and they haven't fixed it.

Yeah, it's bugged, but it's still better than anything else.

i also tested the idol of the raven goddess in tree form, you are correct, it doesn't work anymore, i didn't know that.

After reading this I hopped online and tested it (Idol of Lush Moss) and it's definitely not bugged.

I believe it is supposedly bugged in that it does not grant as much as it should to lifebloom. It is still an increase over the SL one...but it is not giving as much bonus as it should. That is the bug I believe he was referencing.

Yep. If you compare the increase given by Idol of the Emerald Queen (+47 SP to LB), the Idol of Lush Moss should given almost triple the increase (+125 SP to LB), however instead it's only about 20% better. I haven't seen any confirmation from Blizzard that this is indeed a bug, however there's clearly something wrong if you compare both Idols.

Single lifebloom ticks for 306 w/out idol, and 320 with. It ticks 9 times due to nature's splendor. That's a difference of 14 spell power each tick, multiplied by the 9 seconds = 126. What's the problem?

Raven Goddess has been bugged forever for ToL druids, they will probably never fix it.
Lush Idol is bugged in the fact that it is not increasing lifebloom by enough. The lush idol is confirmed as being bugged by GM's, expect a fix..............never.

The problem is you dont have the old idol to see the problem. the old idol is +47 the new one is +125. Yet when you replace the old idol with the new it increases your lifebloom by like 3hps.

They need to either:
A. Change the tooltip
B. Change the calculation

I just did the calculations on this and I've got a feeling that it's actually not Idol of Lush Moss that's bugged, but in fact Idol of the Emerald Queen that's giving too much. Here are the calculations:

According to http://www.wowwiki.com/Spell_power_c...d_Coefficients Lifebloom gains 80.21% (with Emp Rej), so for +125 SP, that's 125*0.8021/7 = 14.32 per tick per stack.

From all the reports I've seen and my own testing (although can't re-test right now as I'm at work), this is exactly what people are noticing - one stack increases by about 14 per tick. However Idol of the Emerald Queen is giving an increase of about 11 per tick - calculated backwards this works out to about a 95 SP increase to Lifebloom...

I too am at work so I cant test this, but I am not very curious, is it bugged or not!! I dont want to waste a slot with a uesless item... Having said that I used my lifebloom idol in BC (the blue one with 67~ish) and replaced it with the lush of moss.

As my primary role in our 25man raid is to Life bloom and top up the 3-4 tanks, I would ALWAYS use this idol. <----- One Main role for all Resto Druids.
