First, your question, for some fights, especially heroic raids, Gargoyle is very nice, and that is a question of opinion, but some tanks like that more than swordshattering.
About your gear...lol...your gear and mine are really close, besiedes a few pieces, like 2, we have exctly same gear.
I would suggest you to not break your 4 pieces bonus, till you get the sencond piece of T12, you are losing a little of dmg/dps with that.

Seeing as you have gemmed and reforged for both dodge and mastery, I take it you have not decided whether to go mastery or avoidance. You should, however, choose one way as they're working against each other. Also, you don't necessarily need hit as a tank, so you should probably reforge that into your desired defense stat(avoidance or mastery). Your helmet for example has hit but is not yet reforged. Regarding your spec I personally would prefer a Lichborne offspec, but that's up to you. 3/3 virulence however is something you should not spec into. You should rather take 2/2 Unholy Command, 10 sec less cd on our second taunt can save the day. My last tip is to read through Zao's tanking guide, it'll help you figure out how to gem/reforge.

Only thing I can see is that you're not expertise capped which you should be and that you should replace your blue trinket with the Darkmoon Card: Hurricane cause you're way over hit cap :E

Well polpe, you have a debatable spec, the 2 points in improved frost pres is very minimal, I like to put a point in butchery because killing things with aoe often procs it and gets you a ton of free runic power, also putting a point in epidemic can be helpful if you (like me) think its annoying to keep up blood plague.

You might want to get the minor glyph that makes hungering cold free, not a big deal tho

Pretty solid all around, only thing i can see is changing spec to improved blood tap, but that is a play style choice and not really necessary. And im not sure if your page is bugged but is appears you still have glyph of DRW in, which probably isnt too helpful in frost . other than that solid gear/enchants and everything. 9.75/10

if you rly want to go for such an avoidance focused gear (which i don't think comes close to mastery gear) you should try to even out your dodge and parry rating since you get less %avoidance the more rating you have..you have 3k parry rating but only 1,4k dodge

there is a blue trinket that's better than Bedrock Talisman with dodge and parry on use i think..forgot the name tho
and there is a new leg enchant with dodge instead of agi

Confused as to why you moved expertise -> dodge, this seems counterintuitive to be honest, but I might be missing something.
