I would get 225 armor on cloak, get 18+ Stamina on gloves get 10+ Agility 15+ Stamina in head and legs instead of 10+ Hit Rating 15+ Stamina and get "Glyph of Indomitability" instead of "Corpse Tongue Coin."

loose the greatness card is the only thing i can see. rest comes with more clears in ICC

been very long when i posted here so here's mine. Cant be botherd with the high expertise atm. Gear gives it so nothing atm i change about it. Thinking of dropping chest t10 for eof chest and other then that need better wrists.

Nice gear, altho the high expertise is really ugly to see.
Seeing as you're alliance, i'd advise you against getting the EoF chest, rather get the Blacksmith Pants, as that will replace the crit/exp ones you got with crit/arp, which is much more viable, that and a change of bracer should reduce your exp and boost your dps.

8/10, try to cap expertise. bracers, legs, belt, neck in need of upgrade. Herbalism is not a good dps profession. Also you should try to get your 4th T10 piece for the set bonus.

Your gear is a bit miss matched in some key areas (Titanium Razorplate, Faceplate of Thunderous Rage, Gatecrasher's Gauntlets). Considering you are already expertise capped and well above (32) I recommend replacing your T10 Legplates for Legplates of Painful Death and/or T9 Legplates. I also highly recomend equipping 2PC T9 and 2PC T10 until you can acquire 4PC T10. I've also noticed you are playing as Blood for dps when you have a considerably low amount of Armor Penetration, I highly advise against this as Blood is still one of the most gear dependent specs of the three and is only competitive when close if not at cap. I would recommend an Unholy spec with Reaping as it may offer better results until you acquire more arp.

abit too high on Expertise and Hit rating. But overall pretty nice

Everything seems fine, you got expertise cap, a bit to much hit. All you can do is get better gear, currently you managed your gear very well. Replace that nasty sigil of hanged man, on most fights it wont stack anyway. Oh and +21 agi + 3% crit inc dmg meta gem is only superior to +21 crit + 3% crit inc dmg if you are blood spec. So, change meta gem, put one more blue gem somewhere where you will get + str socket bonus = profit.

9/10 for poster above me, nonetheless.
All the right gem and enchant choices, won't put much weight on your actual gear as loot drops are random. Not that your gear is bad though.

Overall not bad, just need a few upgrades from the looks of it. You're way over the hit cap though, might could score a cheap greatness card to replace the 245 hit trink. I believe 15 str to gloves is better than 44 attack power, at least it sims out better by a very small margin.
