For those on the ptr? Will outbreak and corpse explosion be worth it?

Im having a hard time trying to decided on which will be better, if I get outbreak I won't be getting corpse explosion, which do you prefer?

PvE or PvP? in PvP Corpse Explosion is already way more than worth it. it's one of the best single point talents.

Hmm well I do both pvp in pve, I was in debate in between keeping with my current build which does have corpse explosion in it but I figured Outbreak would fit it better, since the Glyph of Blood boil doesn't reduce the damage but still gives the snare to it.
