How to test an add-on ?

Hi all,

I have a question to ask, because I would like to make my own add-on and when I work on it, I don't have an Internet connection so I can't run wow in order to test it.

Is there a way to make Wow running without Internet or an application able to load my add-on ?

Well, no choice about it.

But making a private server in order to make an add-on is too much... I have to find an other way to work.

If any one have solutions about my concern, I am always listening.
