What seal to use for pve?

I have been trying out seal of command and seal of the martyr(blood) in instances and on trainingdummys, and i have noticed that seal of the martyr does about 250dps more than if i was using seal of command. Anyone else noticed something simular? i hear most ppl use seal of command in pve, but isnt martyr better? the fact that u get dmg means more heals and more manaregen, aslong as u got a good healer.
Is there anything i have missed or doing wrong, or should i use seal of the martyr for pve?
Sofar i havent raided, only done heroics, any difference there? (will start naxx10 with the guild in january:P)
Also when im asking here already, im doing about 2000dps with my gear over all in one instance (running recount but never reset it) is that okey with my gear?

Unless you fail at running from loken, judging at that moment is not a good idea :P

If you're one of those people that needs to judge right after Gluth does a decimate, Martyr would be bad :P.

Thats the thing, fogot to mention that i got the SoC glyph, and with my gear i getabout 250dps more with martyr/blood.
I guess this means i could look for a different mainglyph, what should i get? conc or maby even glyoh of seal of blood? not that manaregen is much of a problem...

i seen one.. hit adds just when instructor in naxx goes down.. i did a 266k judgement crit (they take like 500% -1000% more dmg or so) and that gave a knockback on myself for 77k and yes i died =P
even tho i died i was laughing my ass off ;D

Obviously seal of blood (martyr) is better in pve.
It's pretty obvious if you think about it.

seal of command is a proc, and relies on stuns (which bosses cant be)
seal of blood applies all the time. no stuns needed.

It damages you, you get healed, you get mana back through spiritual attunement.
You can never have enough mana if you want to go all-out :>

for glyphs I personally use:
Glyph of Judgement
Glyph of Avenging Wrath
Glyph of Spiritual Attunement


Oh and it was pretty nasty on ROS
phase 1 seal of blood effect + no heals possible, phase 2 seal of blood effect + you do damage -> you hurt yourself (so double sob effect :P)

be careful on Loatheb too w/ martyr...almost killed myself last night w/ the damage modifiers in there and heals allowed 3 secs every 20.

Defiantly Seal of the Martyr for maximum DPS in pve.
