A dual wielding spec question:

This is me. I'm wanting to spec for dual wielding, to see if I like it better. However, I know nothing about the dual wielding spec except that it can pull respectable dps; so, I need spec suggestions and gear recommendations.

Get a lot of Hit rating, get a slow main hand, around 2.60 and a fast off hand 1.50-1.70, both fallen crusader.

About the spec, there are 3 going around, all really good.

I am not sure 100% the specs are exacly the ones posted at elitish just you got the general idea.
