Welcome to the Sparda Recruitment post.
We are an exceptional late night raiding guild. We have strived to the best of our ways to fill our ranks with the most quality players and very dedicated people to bring together this tight knit raiding guild. Sparda formed May of 2006 and we have put our hands in to get our members to experience some of the best End Game Raiding content.
We have a solid core group and we're looking for a few more top notch players to complete our roster.
►►Current Class Needs:
Tanks: Only need 1 or the other.
1 Death Knight
1 Prot Paladin
Ranged DPS:
1 Shadow Priest
2 Mage
Healer:
1 Holy Priest
Dual-spec: With the introduction of dual spec we expect our applicants to be experts when it comes to offspecs. It's a requirement for you to have the gear and the knowledge for the offspecs if it's mentioned above.
►►Other Classes: We're always considering outstanding applications of the classes not currently in need. If you feel you have what it takes to be a raider, you're aware of your surroundings in raid situations and familiar with teamwork, please don't hesitate to post your application.
►►Guild Raid Times:
Sunday through Thursday 12:30am to 4:30am EST (9:30pm-1:30am PST)
Friday/Saturday are nights off.
Members of Sparda are required to be on time and fully prepared for our raids so that our downtime will be minimal. Members are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 80%.
►►Progression:
Currently we are progressing in Heroic ToC 25.
We have the following on farm status:
►TOC 25 (6/6): Working on Heroic
►ULDUAR 25 (13/14):
Flame Leviathan to Yogg-Saron. 6 Hard modes down. (2/4 Keepers down Hard mode)
We're US Top #196 Guild accordint to GuildOx, 25man progression-wise.
►TOC 10 (6/6):Completed both normal and Heroic modes-currently working on achievements.
►ULDUAR 10 (14/14): Completed.
Fully Cleared. 9/9 Hard modes on farm.+ Champion of Ulduar achievement (the new Undying)
World Top #87 and US #27 guild in 10man progression, according to GuildOx.
We're not focusing on 10 man content at the moment. It's usually on off nights, no dkp or attendance is awarded.

►►Server:
Gilneas, an East Coast PVE server.
►►Guild Environment:
We want our players to push themselves to become the best they can. We want them to understand and accept criticism to acknowledge that it is more towards their benefit and to help progress as a guild. We do expect those who wish to join our ranks, to act responsible, mature and treat others with respect. We have a relaxed atmosphere, where we do like to laugh, joke and have fun, while staying serious at times when it is necessary. We do understand and appreciate the RL aspect, but when it's time to focus, there can't be excuses.
►►Guild Expectations:
Previous raid experience, fully understand and know your class and it's mechanics, have gear that is at least T8.5/Equivalent or better as well as have said gear enchanted/gemmed with top quality enchants/gems. Take pride in your character.
We also expect all players to come to raids fully prepared with enough food, pots, flasks, weapon buffs to sustain the entire raid night.
