Allow it to reduce the mana cost of Holy Shock by 5/10% per rank (in addition to Cleanse, Purify and Consecration), and change the 10/20% increased crit chance on Exorcism and Holy Wrath to a 15/30% cooldown reduction on Exorcism, Holy Wrath and Holy Shock.
