Noob Question: What does haste affect on Unholy

Hi Guys,

Just wondering about Haste, as I was looking over my talents the other day and tried to work out why haste would be increased by 15% on our unholy presence. If anyone has theory crafted or looked into this, or has knowledge, could you please enlighten me as to what haste would do if it was stacked for the unholy tree.

Increase your white damage output.

Unholy was designed with the spirit of "The PvP Spec".

The idea is it gives you a slightly higher burst capacity, along with the 1s gcd.

Im not a DK so done burn me for posting.

What i can think of unholy has 2 tallents that are directly buffed from haste.
the "Your auto attacks gain 10% shadow damage bla bla something" so more white hits more efficiency in the tallent.

also the blood caked strike. more melee hits, more procs.

My personal experience with the class so far, once I achieved full itemization of about 200-213/226 my PVE DPS was amplified more by Unholy pres than Blood Pres. Just a unique observation.

Haste benefits unholy more then other specs (necrosis, BCB) but haste is still a terrible stat for melee right now.
