    Update 05:15 CEST
    Update 04:00 CEST - You can now exchange 1 Emblem of Valor (25 Man) for 1 Emblem of Heroism (10 Man) from the Emblems of Valor Quartermaster. Obviously, it doesn't work the other way.
    Update 03:00 CEST - Mirror of Truth was NOT changed, see this post from Ghostcrawler. (That's why I've got a nice warning at the beginning of my undocumented changes list)

    As usual, these changes are from tooltip comparisons and they might not reflect the current state of the game. (But that's just a warning, they're still accurate 99% of the time)

    • Explosive Decoy 2.0 -- Summons a decoy that explodes when attacked, shredding enemies for 1440 to 2160 Physical damage. Lasts for 3 min or until it explodes.
    • Nitro Boosts now increase run speed for 2 seconds. (Down from 5 seconds)

    Leatherworking
    • Earthen Leg Armor - Permanently attach earthen armor onto pants to increase resilience rating by 40 and Stamina by 28.
      Can only attach to your own armor, and attaching causes the item to become soulbound.
    • Borean Armor Kit and Heavy Borean Armor Kit are now only usable on items level 60 and above.

    Inscription
    Death Knight (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Blood
    • Will of the Necropolis has been changed - Damage that would take you below 35% health is reduced by 5/10/15%.

    Frost
    • Killing Machine now gives Your melee attacks a chance to make your next Icy Touch, Howling Blast or Frost Strike a critical strike. (Old - 10/20/30/40/50% from critical strike)

    Unholy
    • Virulence now reduces the chance that your damage over time diseases can be cured by 10/20/30%. (Old - Affected all spells)
    • Necrosis now give your auto attacks an additional 4/8/12/16/20% shadow damage. (Up from 2/4/6/8/10%)
    • Summon Gargoyle now persists up to 30 seconds (Down from 1 minute). Damage from Gargoyles has been reduced from 64-86 to 51-69.
    • Anti-Magic Zone now lasts up to 10 seconds. (Down from 30 seconds)

    Ghoul
    • Gnaw cooldown has been increased from 20 to 30 seconds.

    Glyphs
    • Glyph of Death Strike now increases your Death Strike's damage by 2% for every 5 runic power you currently have. The runic power is not consumed by this effect.
    • Glyph of Raise Dead - Your Raise Dead spell no longer requires a reagent. (Old - You generate 20 runic power whenever you summon a ghoul.)
    • Glyph of Obliterate - Increases the damage of your Obliterate ability by 20%. (Old - Your Obliterate strikes for 20% additional weapon damage)
    • Glyph of Death and Decay - Damage of your Death and Decay spell increased by 20%. (Old - Targets of your Death and Decay Damage of your Death and Decay have a 10% chance to cower in fear for 2 sec)
    • Glyph of Bone Shield - Adds 2 additional charges to your Bone Shield. (Up from 1)
    • Glyph of Anti-Magic Shell - Increases the duration of your Anti-Magic Shell by 2sec. (Old - Also increased cooldown by 15 seconds)

    Items
    • The Death Knight PvP sets gauntlets have been changed once again, the new bonus is: Whenever you cast Chains of Ice, there is a chance that your Frost Rune will immediately refresh. (Screenshot)

    Druid (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Balance
    • Subtlety now reduces the chance your helpful spells, Moonfire, and Insect Swarm will be dispelled by 10/20/30%. (Old - Affected all spells)

    Restoration
    • Moonglow now also reduce the mana cost of Nourish.
    • Nourish now also effects Wild Growth.

    Hunter (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Beast Mastery
    Survival
    • Lock and Load now has a 30 seconds cooldown.
    • Explosive shot damage has been slightly decreased and now deal {RAP*0.16+428}-{RAP*0.16+428} Fire damage at level 80. (Down from {RAP*0.18+476}-{RAP*0.18+476})

    Marksmanship
    • Improved Stings now reduces the chance your Sting damage over time effects will be dispelled by 10/20/30%. (Old - Affected all stings)

    Pet
    • Spirit Strike (Spirit Beast) damage has been decreased and now Burns the enemy for 49 to 65 Arcane damage and an additional 49 to 65 damage over 6 sec at max rank. (Down from 85 to 115)
    • Rake (Cat) damage has been increased, now deals 47-67 (Up from 24-34) bleed damage and an additional 19-25 (up from 10-24) damage over 9 seconds at max rank.
    • Scorpid Poison damage has been increased. (From 45 to 100 Nature damage over 10 sec for the last rank)

    Mage (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Arcane
    • Arcane Subtlety now Reduces the chance your helpful spells and damage over time effects will be dispelled by 15/30% and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by 20/40%. (Old - Reduced the chance of dispell on all spells)
    • Incanter's Absorption now has an additional effect: Total spell damage increase cannot exceed 5% of your health.

    Glyphs
    • Glyph of Arcane Blast -- Increases the damage from your Arcane Blast buff by 5%.
    • Glyph of Invisibility -- Increases the duration of the Invisibility effect by 10 sec. (Up from 5 seconds)

    Paladin (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Protection
    • Stoicism now reduces the chance your helpful spells and damage over time effects will be dispelled by an additional 10/20/30%. (Old - affected all spells)

    Glyph
    • Glyph of Hammer of Justice -- Increases your Hammer of Justice range by 5 yards. (Old - increased duration by 1 sec)

    Priest (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Discipline
    • Silent Resolve now reduces the chance your helpful spells and damage over time effects will be dispelled by 10/20/30%. (Old - Affected all spells)

    Shadow
    • You can now cast Cure Disease and Abolish Disease while in Shadowform.

    Glyphs
    • Glyph of Spirit Redemption - Increases the duration of Spirit of Redemption by 6 seconds. (Old - All heals cast while Spirit of Redemption is active have a 20% chance to increase the remaining duration of Spirit of Redemption by 4sec.

    Rogue (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Assassination
    • Vile Poisons now gives your damage over time poisons an additional 10/20/30% chance to resist dispel effects. (Old - Affected all poisons)

    Shaman (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Elemental
    • Storm, Earth and Fire now Reduces the cooldown of your Chain Lightning spell by 0.75/1.5/2.5 sec (Up from 0.5/1.5/1.5 sec), your Earth Shock and Wind Shock range is increased by 5 yards and the periodic damage done by your Flame Shock is increased by 60%.

    Restoration
    • Healing Grace now reduces the chance your helpful spells and damage over time effects will be dispelled by 10/20/30%. (Old - All spells)

    Glyphs
    • Glyph of Earth Shock - Renamed to Glyph of Shocking - Reduces the global cooldown triggered by your shock spells by 0.5 sec. (Old - Reduced the GCD triggered by Earth Shock by 1 second)

    Warlock (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
    Affliction
    • Contagion now only reduces the chance your helpful Affliction spells and damage over time effects will be dispelled by an additional 10/20/30%. (Old - All affliction spells)

    Demonology
    • Demonic Circle: Teleport now removes all snare effects.
    • Demon Armor armor bonus has been greatly increased. (LVL 80 - From 950 armor to 2100 armor, LVL 76 - From 840 armor to 1855 armor)

    Glyph
    • Glyph of Felhunter - When your felhunter uses Devour Magic, you will also be healed for that amount. (Old - Increases the critical strike chance of your Felhunter's Shadow Bite ability by 0%)
    • Glyph of Conflagrate - Your Conflagrate spell no longer consumes your Immolate or Shadowflame spell from the target. (Old - Reduces the mana cost of Conflagrate by 20%)

    This is just a tooltip change, Hammer of Wrath is only usable on enemies under 20% health on live. Just an FYI.

    really, this isn't a big nerf in the end...
    and I don't see the reason to nerf this talent.. it wont nerf our damage nor our cc really.. with the current proc rate of poisons..
    30% when ya allready got a 50% proc rate and as mutilate .. you don't need to worry about anything else then .. druids that got a remove poisons over time effect. Everyone else, (If not shamans with totems) doesn't really try to remove your poisons anyway.
    Due to them beeing restacked quite fast with daggers.
    Once you go troll, you'll never reroll.

    This is really interesting... Forcing the talent that the whole SV spec rotates around to be on a 30 second cooldown is not realy kind towards hunters who find this a pvp flavour.

    SV requires alot of skill to play, as it's a decent arsenal of harder-to-use CC combined with a fair damage output, that came all from the "lock and load" talent. I have personaly always found it more apealing to play than the "imune-to-all" BM.

    The good thing about it, was that Serpent Sting was something you could use in adition to a trap proc to get Lock and Load.
    If you want Lock and Load to recieve a nerf, then it should at least be cut down to the minimal cooldown the traps have (talented), since it IS one of the hunter's defences, seeing as he uses it to spike the target AFTER he buys the time when under attacked, by traping it. (i.e. vs rogues)

    After this new "screw up" in fixing talents, I believe that the cooldown on Lock and Load will be greatly lowered after some time on live.

    BM will longer be as good in pvp after the patch comes (I never liked it honestly), MM is not what arenas require now, since longer mana-drain matches are OUT of the question with the burst DKs, Ret, Mages, Rogues...etc have (and that will NOT change much), only SV remains as the viable spec. With Lock and Load locked behind a 30 second CD, serious problems will arise in this atempt to "fix" things.

    Is this actually confirmed by Blizzard? This plus the Survival nerfs... Blizzard truly has something against hunters at the moment.

    GC on the Mirror of Truth "change":

    This is a tooltip error. The item has not changed. It will still work off of ranged attacks.

    We changed the tooltip to be clear that it does not proc off of magic spells. It does proc off of bows, guns and thrown items.

    Well, jeez... after your done destroying my hunter, can i at least have the badges i spent on the mirror of truth back since it's not a useless trinkit for me if it only procs off of melee?

    So...... Engineers get nerfed when it's the most underpowered profession and arms warriors get nerfed because they are the most underpowered melee......... what the fuck.
