I'm just wondering how much the starfire 4piece bonus procs off wrath. Is it worth going for? Or would you be better with 2piece boom and 2piece resto?

I think its value depends on what kind of pvp you're doing. In a 2v2 situation where you're likely to be focused, you may prefer the extra resil from 2pc+2pc. OTOH in a 5v5 or BG situation where you get some nuke time, it can allow for some pretty nasty burst(especially with eclipse)
