Editing Grid for healing

Hi healers...

I would like to edit Grid to become like on this picture, but how do I do it? I would also like to ask that if I start healing in HC dungeons before i raid, is Grid still good for 5 mans or should i use HealBot?

Download IshtaraUi: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info11091-IshtaraUi.html#info

Extract the the download to some folder.

Copy the Grid, GridManaBars and GridStatusRaidDebuff folders to your add-on folder.

Go to WTF folder of IshtaraUi and copy all Grid.lua files to your own WTF folder.

Done!
