Biggest problem with Hand of Reckoning

Yeah I know thats the way RD works, it even use to be on the tooltip. I looked last night they removed it off the tooltip from RD which made me think they changed the way that worked.

Anyways i'm just ranting on the mechanics differences of our two taunts. Hand of Reckoning is just retarded because it seems so easy to fail in many situations when taunt is needed most.
