Long version:
I've been working for the past few months turning the website I wrote for managing my guild's DKP into a production system. What started as "eqDKP isn't good enough" has turned into quite the product of its own. I've been working with a select group of beta testers or a while now, and now I'm ready to expand. I figured MMO Champion would be a good spot to recruit more people.
Rundown of major features:
- Import from eqDKP
- Accepts raid export strings from HeadCount, CT_RaidTracker, and most other raid trackers. If you find one I don't support, just let me know and it shall be supported.
- Multiple DKP pools
- Multiple DKP styles (does your guild use a custom style? Let me know what it is and I'll see about supporting it)
- Much, much easier ZeroSum management (more below)
- All DKP transactions are grouped into a run. No more jumping around through different contexts to do any DKP editing
- Scads of autocompletes, intelligent guessing of data, wowhead integration, etc.
Check out the item editor: http://example.swagbook.com/admin/item/422/ - if your guild has ever had to reprice an item, you'll like that.
Also check out the run editor: http://example.swagbook.com/admin/run/2191/
And the player editor: http://example.swagbook.com/admin/character/1055/
One of my favorite features is "QuickCost" which lets you see all the prices ever paid for an item, and all the items purchased by the recipient. One of my beta testing guilds uses that to implement their system for costing sidegrades.

For ZeroSum: some systems give you tools to auto-calculate the sum of the value of the gear dropped, and that's nice. If you ever have to reprice an item or alter DKP for a run, though, you end up hauling out the calculator again. Wouldn't it be better if you never had to touch that again?
With Swagbook, I've made it so that the value you plug in for attendance is the "share" of the gear points for that person. So if you had Aliset, Biff, and Cretin on a 300 gear point run you could do:
Aliset: 100
Biff: 100
Cretin: 100
Which you'd normally do, or you could do:
Aliset: 10
Biff: 10
Cretin: 10
Or even:
Aliset: 1
Biff: 1
Cretin: 1
And it'll just work. Contrariwise, if Aliset was only there for half the run, you could do:
Aliset: 5
Biff: 10
Cretin: 10
And again it'll just work.
Adding and removing players from a previous run is a lot easier:
Aliset: 5
Biff: 10
Cretin: 10
Davenik: 10
Again, just works.
There are more features in Swagbook, but really just give it a try. You can create a guild here: http://www.swagbook.com/create_guild/ and get started. No usernames or passwords unless you want there to be - just need a guild name and you're golden.
The site is free right now. Eventually I'm going to start needing to cover hosting costs and maybe even some programming time. There'll be a free version, while the pay version will be around the cost of a Ventrilo server ($13-15/month).
Anyway, I'll be active in this thread or you can email me at aliset@fake.domain.name . I'm certain that if you try it, you'll like it. Questions and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
