With the rapture talent, how much mana would you get back if the shield absorbed 6k?

Assuming it scales with healing in general, and not different per spell, I get around 300-350 mana back with a 20k mana pool.

If you have 5/5 rapture... can I just say upto 2.5% of your maximum mana pool?

I don't actually understand the calculation that determines what portion of 2.5% you get but the more you absorb the closer it is to that value.

And that's the OPs question.

With a 20k mana pool, maximum mana gain is 500. So I surpose we can assume around 8k absorbed/healed returns full mana, while 6k returns... you've seen the numbers.

Would be easier to do the math with some proper test data.
