If Rime procs it depends on build what to do with the extra Runes.

With desecration I'd throw another IT>PS out due to movement and to help maintain the 5% damage from desecration as much as possible.

Without it you can hit Rune Tap and drop a DnD just for the AE goodness.

i dont c how you didnt know taht as a lvl 80 dk

and for AE i like
PS - IT - pestilence - blood boil - HB - dump and repeat over

EDIT: i must say though that i dont like the spec anymore as the damage isn't that great for me anymore(prolly cuz the spec is gear dependant)... i think im going back to my 17/0/54 spec
