Help plz with DW spec

Hi to every one. Can you plz help me with DW spec!)))) Now im in 0/32/39 but in 3.0.8 everything has changed((( So what now is the most DPS spec for DW for a single target
P.S Sory for my English))))

DW Cap is I believe 24 or 25% for white hits,
Special Hitcap 9%
Spellhitcap 17% (isnt the same as 17% meleehit rating though, you need less).
