Just basically through that out the window, and finally admitted if they really wanted to patch something in a 3.08(a) patch they really could if they wanted too.

Yeah, and they also proved that doing so introduces other bugs that they miss and were detected within hours of release. So what's worse?

Is that a trick question? 6-8 weeks on a PTR resulting in bugs vs a one week turnaround resulting in bugs?

Well, it is.

I just dled the patch, and now it says "cannot verify your game version". Any1 having any ideas why is so?

Presumably because the servers haven't been updated yet. The same thing happened with the 3.0.8 patch
