Presence, glyphs

What presence is best for pvp? Im unholy playin with holy pala (shock + repentance build) .
I used to play in blood presence with unholy aura talented, but last days Im running unholy presence and its not as bad as i thought.
It got good burst, but is that better than bigger hits?
Frost presence using when 2x dps focus on me (not happenin often).

I was just wondering why some dks skipped reaping in their build. I think its great to have as much death runes as possible ( 3xSS spam, CoI spam, ..)
whats the reason?

Glyphs:
I got SS, rune tap, AMS glyphs.
SS glyph - IMO its good for pvp, coz I dont have to reapply disease often = more runes to use
Rune tap - good, when pala gets silenced or stunned or w/e. 5k selfheal every 30 sec can be useful.
AMS - Its good when you have AMZ, but last week I skipped its coz its useless without it. Now I want to change it, but have no idea for what.

What do you think the best major glyphs are and why? (pvp view)

i though unholy was best for quick burst then blood better for overall damage in long fights not sure if that helps
