I played a S priest a long time ago(Vainilla) and I remember darkness was only +10% to spell damage before spell power was taken into consideration, so it was only +10% base spell damage.

Is it still this way?

If you mean buffs, then yes, Darkness is 10% more damage before temporary buffs.

Oops I mean base spell damage, it didn't take spell power into consideration. Did they fix that?
